Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancelling Digital Subscriptions

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. After cancellation your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.

2. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Services

Under Article 15 of the Distance Sales Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content/services that are performed instantly and started with the consumer's consent. By starting a subscription you approve this. Reasonable refund requests for unused periods are evaluated.

3. Right of Withdrawal for the Device (OBD-X1)

• You may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the day you receive the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. You may also withdraw before the product is delivered.
• Sending a written withdrawal notice to [email protected] within this period is sufficient.
• You must send the product back to the Seller within 10 days from the date of your withdrawal notice.
• The Seller does not designate a specific carrier for returns; no return shipping cost is charged to the Buyer for withdrawals.
• All payments, including the product price and any delivery cost, are refunded within 14 days from the date the product is handed to the carrier for return, using your original payment method and at no extra cost to you.
• You are not liable for changes or deterioration caused by using the product in line with its operation, technical specifications and instructions during the withdrawal period.

4. Returns and Refunds

For valid withdrawals, the product price and any delivery cost are refunded via your original payment method within 14 days from the date the product is handed to the carrier for return. For card payments, how quickly the refund shows on your account depends on your bank.

The Seller does not designate a specific carrier for returns; no return shipping cost is charged to the Buyer for withdrawals.

5. Defective Goods

If the Device is defective, your rights under Law No. 6502 (repair, replacement, refund, etc.) are reserved. Please contact us when you detect a defect.

6. Exceptions

The exception for digital services is explained in section 2. The 2dakika OBD-X1 device is not among the exceptions to the right of withdrawal listed in Article 15 of the Distance Sales Regulation; opening the packaging does not remove the right of withdrawal. The Buyer is liable for damage caused by using the product contrary to its instructions.

7. Return Process

Send your cancellation, withdrawal or refund request to [email protected] with your name, order/subscription details and your request. We will evaluate it as soon as possible.
