Privacy Policy

1. Data We Collect

• Account data: full name, e-mail address, phone number, address and an encrypted password.
• Vehicle and scan data: VIN, plate, mileage, fault (DTC) codes, module states, consistency score and scan history.
• Device and usage data: IP address, device/browser info, operating system, app version and session logs.
• Cookie and analytics data: pseudonymous statistical usage data (linked to a random client ID) collected via Google Firebase Analytics. On the website, analytics runs only with your cookie consent; only the path of the page visited is sent, never the query parameters in the address bar (e.g. an order number). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link.
• Payment data: subscription payments are taken via licensed payment and banking institutions; we do not store your card details.

2. Purposes of Processing

• Providing the service and generating/delivering scan reports.
• Account creation, authentication and account management.
• Subscription, billing and payment processing.
• Customer support and handling requests.
• Security, fraud prevention and service integrity.
• Compliance with legal obligations.
• Measuring and improving service quality and (with your consent) marketing.

3. Legal Bases

Your data is processed under Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK): performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests and, where required, your explicit consent. See the KVKK Notice for details.

4. Sharing of Data

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties for marketing.

• Infrastructure and hosting providers (e.g. Google Firebase).
• Analytics providers (e.g. Google Analytics).
• Licensed payment and banking institutions.
• Authorized public authorities and judicial bodies.

5. International Transfers

Our cloud and analytics infrastructure (Google/Firebase) may process your data on servers located abroad. Such transfers are carried out under Article 9 of KVKK with the required safeguards.

6. Retention

Your data is retained for as long as the processing purpose requires and as mandated by applicable law. When you close your account, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized within a reasonable period.

7. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, request rectification/erasure, object to processing and request remedy of damages. Send requests to [email protected].

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss and misuse. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

10. Marketing Communications

If you give marketing consent (explicit consent) during registration, we may send commercial electronic messages about campaigns, offers, discounts and updates via email and/or SMS.

These messages are sent under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Message Management System (İYS). You can withdraw your consent anytime via the opt-out link in the messages, through İYS, or by sending a request to [email protected]. Not giving or withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent you from using the service.

11. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is published on this page with an updated effective date.
