Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

BUYER (CONSUMER): The person placing the order, whose details are declared in the order form.

2. Subject

The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer on 2dakika.com, with its characteristics and price specified below, and the determination of the parties' rights and obligations.

3. Product, Price and Payment

• Product: 2dakika OBD-X1 OBD device.
• The sale price is shown in the order summary including 20% VAT; the price current at the time of order applies.
• Shipping fee is stated in the order summary (free unless otherwise noted).
• Payment method: the method the Buyer chooses from those offered on the order page at the time of ordering — credit/debit card (via the bank's 3D Secure payment page) or bank transfer. Cash on delivery is not accepted.

4. Delivery

The product is shipped by carrier to the delivery address in Türkiye or abroad declared by the Buyer. Delivery takes place within the legal maximum of 30 days from order confirmation (or payment confirmation for card payments); it is usually delivered sooner. The Buyer is responsible for checking for damage at delivery and should have a report issued by the carrier for damaged packages.

For deliveries outside Türkiye, customs duties, import taxes and similar charges levied by the destination country are not included in the price and are payable by the Buyer.

5. Right of Withdrawal

• You may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the day you receive the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. You may also withdraw before the product is delivered.
• Sending a written withdrawal notice to [email protected] within this period is sufficient.
• You must send the product back to the Seller within 10 days from the date of your withdrawal notice.
• The Seller does not designate a specific carrier for returns; no return shipping cost is charged to the Buyer for withdrawals.
• All payments, including the product price and any delivery cost, are refunded within 14 days from the date the product is handed to the carrier for return, using your original payment method and at no extra cost to you.
• You are not liable for changes or deterioration caused by using the product in line with its operation, technical specifications and instructions during the withdrawal period.

6. Exceptions to Withdrawal

The 2dakika OBD-X1 device is not among the exceptions to the right of withdrawal listed in Article 15 of the Distance Sales Regulation; opening the packaging does not remove the right of withdrawal. The Buyer is liable for damage caused by using the product contrary to its instructions.

7. Defective Goods

If the product is defective, the Buyer's optional rights under Law No. 6502 (free repair, replacement, refund, etc.) are reserved.

8. Dispute Resolution

For disputes arising from this agreement, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence have jurisdiction.

9. Entry into Force

The agreement enters into force upon the Buyer's electronic confirmation of the order and the Seller's confirmation. The Buyer declares that they have read and accepted the pre-information form and this agreement.
